Original Yoga Challenge Day 22: Restorative Yoga Flow
Today’s class is getting back to a more restorative pace with some long, stretchy sequences, and lengthening poses to leave you feeling great. So you’ll see lots of all your favorite things!
Because I love them, we’re also adding a few twists to the mix for good measure 😉 All this to say: you’ll feel fantastic after this class.
