Original Yoga Challenge Day 4: Yoga Workout for the Abs
Today’s class is all about the abs! We’ll have a few “ab” days over the course of the challenge, and I’ll be honest with you– it won’t be easy, but if you put your mind to it, I know you can do it.
And think of it this way: it’s only about 10 minutes at a time, and you can almost anything for 10 minutes, right? 😉 I thought so.
