Welcome to Day 27 of the Yoga Challenge, and today it’s all about the IT bands! This is that pesky area of connective tissue that runs down the side of your leg from your hip to the outer side of your knee.

When it’s too tight or inflamed it can cause all kinds of little discomforts, so this is the perfect class to help you find some relief. Even if you don’t have any complaints here, this will feel amazing by the time you’re finished!
