Welcome to Day 2 of the Original Yoga Challenge! Today is all about the chest and shoulders.
Today we’re going to mainly be focused on opening the chest and shoulders, and improving our posture along the way. I especially love doing a flow like this right after I get out of bed or stop working for the day because it’s a great way to undo all the weird posture we hold in our sleep or while sitting at a desk all day.
