Savasana Sunday is one of my favorite days of the week 😉 This month’s guided meditation is one that I want you to revisit every Sunday of the month. It’s all about getting comfortable amidst challenge– in other words: something we can all use a little practice doing!

    Thank you for this. I do a lot of self-talk in my brain, like Nicole, you got this, everything will be okay. I also find drinking water when I am not feeling calm grounds me as well as listening to music.
