I wanted you to have something simple to insert into each week that will maintain your habits and help you feel good about yourself.

In true Bad Yogi fashion, this is NOT about getting “bikini ready” (because hello– all you need to be “bikini ready” is a bikini, in our opinion!). This is simply about having something good-for-you to look forward to every week.

So, what is it?!
8 weeks of yoga, strength sequences, recipes, & motivational playlists!

What will you get?
Every week you’ll get two emails: one week you’ll get a yoga sequence & recipe, the next week you’ll get a strength training sequence & playlist. We’ll alternate that schedule every single week for 8 weeks.

Why do it like this?
Like I said, I really wanted this to feel like something you can look forward to, NOT something that just adds another obligation to your to-do list. If you’re doing this in tandem with PB Resolution, Bad Yogi Studio (or another program), it won’t interrupt it, it’ll add to it. And if you’re taking it easy this summer, this is just the right amount of commitment 🙂

When does it start?
As soon as you sign up! You’ll get your first email the day you sign up, and then every Friday & Monday after that for 8 weeks.
