NEW CLASS! Standing Core Flow
Happy Monday, yogis!
Who’s ready for their last new class of March? Can you believe it?! I feel this way at the end of every month, but MAN it flew by! Don’t even get me started about how we’re already 1/4 of the way through 2016 either!
But back to the whole reason why we’re here…
Do you think it’s possible to actually work the core without doing a single crunch? Even more, is it possible to work it without lying down at any point? You’d be surprised at how effectively you can target those muscles in a class like this!
We’re going outside the box in terms of sequence and pose variations, so throw everything you know about the core out the window and be prepared to actually enjoy an ab workout ๐
Over to you! What’d you think of this one? Did you feel it? Which part surprised you most in terms of how much it worked?

March 29, 2016 at 12:05 amThis was just what I needed after a long, stressful day! On days when I feel powerless, it’s really nice to do a quick little strength session to remind myself just how powerful I really am! Thanks for helping me reset and start the week off right.

March 30, 2016 at 12:58 amErin! I loved this flow. Due to a tailbone condition it’s hard for me to do a lot of floor work where I’m on my back, which means it’s hard for me to find a good core video, but this was perfect! Thanks ๐

March 30, 2016 at 3:03 pmOhhh this was well-timed. I injured my wrist on Saturday and was mostly upset over how difficult yoga would become. Good reminder! I’m obviously also modifying as needed (thank you for teaching me that) but this will be a good stand-in for my other core classes for a little bit.
