Hey Bad Yogis!

I LOVE today’s class. I know yoga classes for the hips are pretty common requests nowadays, but for good reason: SO many of us need them! Most people accumulate tightness in the hips and lower back, so it’s no wonder this is such a highly requested topic to cover. Since I never want us to get bored with our practice, I’m changing it up with some poses that you don’t see a lot, so I’ll keep you on your toes 😉
