What do you have planned this week?

I mentioned on Instagram yesterday that I’ve been working on making some changes to my daily routines, and working regular meditation into the rotation is one of the things I’m trying to do.

I know it can be intimidating, but this is one that literally ANYONE can do. If you’re trying to bring some mindfulness into your life but have no clue where to start, this is the place to be!
