This week, we’re talking about the difference between saying “sorry” versus “apologizing” and the bodily reaction we experience with each.

1) “Sorry”- When you picture yourself saying you’re “sorry” to someone, what sensations or bodily reactions arise? What image do you picture when you picture yourself saying you’re sorry?

2) “Apologize” – When you picture yourself APOLOGIZING to someone beyond a simple sorry, what sensations or bodily reactions arise there? Do you picture any different imagery when you picture yourself apologizing to someone?
