Lessons from a Life Coach: Being ‘Sorry’ vs. Apologizing

Lessons from a Life Coach is a regular series with Jator Pierre, tackling questions as it relates to life.

This week, we’re talking about the difference between saying “sorry” versus “apologizing” and the bodily reaction we experience with each.

As you listen to this video, consider the following questions:

1) “Sorry”- When you picture yourself saying you’re “sorry” to someone, what sensations or bodily reactions arise? What image do you picture when you picture yourself saying you’re sorry?

2) “Apologize” – When you picture yourself APOLOGIZING to someone beyond a simple sorry, what sensations or bodily reactions arise there? Do you picture any different imagery when you picture yourself apologizing to someone?
