Class 2: Intermediate Yoga for Upper Body Strength
This is a fun intermediate yoga class aimed at strengthening the upper body. This is challenging, so it’s best suited for yogis who want an intermediate flow.
I really wanted to give you a resource you can come back to any time. This is a great go-to class for when you want something targeted that strengthens the exact muscles you need for arm balances and inversions.
Enjoy!
Over to you! What was the most challenging part for you?

March 14, 2017 at 12:35 pmI really enjoyed this. No way could I make it down to 90 degrees on the original push ups from the feet, though, and I was panting and cursing a bit, ha ha. I just went as far down as I could. Do you think it’s worthwhile doing the push ups from the feet, even if you don’t make it to a right angle that way? I’ve read that it’s good to do some that way, because if you always do them on your knees, you don’t usually progress to being able to do the real ones. Thanks!

March 29, 2017 at 1:18 pmErin, you claim that if we loved this workout, we would love your Perfect Body Yoga Program. I did not like this video but I love your PBYP a lot! But hey, just because I didn’t like this video doesn’t mean I didn’t get a good workout. 😉 Unfortunately for my upper body, I’ll be visiting this video a lot. Thank you, as awlays, Erin!!

April 13, 2017 at 1:32 amThe tip about staying on your knees while doing push-ups really helped me in trying this. Even with that though, it was still a challenge. I’m definitely trying this again. Thanks!

July 3, 2018 at 1:47 pmI struggle on the pushups but planks are no problem. I know this is a short class but my arms feel like jello hehe.
P.S. I LOVE the PBYP
