We all could improve our morning routine. How often does it look something like this: alarm goes off a couple times. Snooze a couple times. The final time the alarm goes off and you HAVE to wake up, the first thing you do is grab your phone and start scrolling.

Why do we do this to ourselves? We know it’s not the best way to start our days, yet we’re addicted so the habit stays with us.
