I got this question SO many times this week in all it’s different forms. I’m not sure what exactly it was about this chapter in time, but it seems many of you have had to take a break from your practice or from eating super clean because of one of life’s interruptions.

We have ALL been there and I definitely understand needing that time away.

Today’s question tackles how to get back into it and how much time we really need to take away from everything.
