How Can I Feel Less Stressed and Anxious?

We all experience periods in our lives that are more stressful than others. Feelings of anxiety can easily get out of control if we don’t take the time to address them and take action to deal with them. Luckily, there are some pretty easy ways to calm feelings of stress and anxiety that won’t take up a ton of time and can be done absolutely anywhere.

I recently received a request to share some of the methods I use to de-stress that take less than 10 minutes. Here are three methods that always work for me, and hopefully, they’ll work for you too:

  • Journal. I take a couple of minutes to dump my worries to get them into paper and out of my head.
  •  Meditation. Just inhaling for a count of 8, holding for 4, and exhaling for 8. Just doing this 3-4 times goes a long way.
  • Step outside just to change my scenery.

These are simple but super effective and you can easily carve out some time in your day to do these. Remember, you can’t take care of others if you don’t take care of yourself first. Try these and let me know how they work for you!

You are right, very often such simple things can help you feel calm and reboot for further life or work tasks. Now there are also great retreats like https://www.mallorcasoul.com/ where with the help of coach Katja you could feel refreshed and reconnect with your body, get rid of stress and gain strength to achieve new goals

Actually, this is quite difficult to solve it in a short time. However, you can try traveling for a while and journaling to feel the change in your emotions geometry dash lite.
