    I really loved this one. It was just short enough to fit into my day, but seemed to hit all the crunchy spots I needed to hit and get my energy up.

    I had a really hard time getting going this morning. Was feeling depressed and exhausted. So thankful that I found this class in my inbox. Love what you said, “…instead of lying in bed or sitting on the couch doing nothing, you are doing something to set yourself up for good things today.”

    This was my first flow after being stuck in bed and on the couch all weekend because of a cold. I definitely feel strong going into this week. Thanks, Erin!
