FREE CLASS! Yoga for When You Need to Calm Down
I have a quick story for you. The other day, I was so frustrated. The kind of frustration that’s distracting and you can feel in your gut. I was completely distracted and pacing around aimlessly, unable to focus on anything productive. Whether it’s work or something else, we all get stuck in this trap of emotional panic. Anger, frustration, sadness or some combination of all of the above, it can be a tough grip to escape.
So, when I got on my mat to practice, I did a really grounding flow and I walked away feeling much calmer. The frustration was still there, but I was able to function with a clearer mind which made a huge difference.
Needing to “calm down” can mean different things for all of us. It can be a lighter feeling or a much heavier one, but either way, this class will be the remedy you’ve been looking for.
Over to you! What did you think? What are some other practices you have that calm you down?
