
FREE CLASS! Yoga for When You Feel Run Down
Lacking that little pep in your step? Feel low on energy, motivation, or desire to do much of anything with your day, let along unroll your yoga mat?
We all fall in to that feeling of laziness sometimes (or, often times), and the best thing you can do is to commit to just that one tiny step forward: literally unroll your mat. Just set it out for yourself and do a single downdog. I can almost guarantee you that you’ll be a little more motivated to build on that, and this is the exact class to rev those yogic engines in your brain 🙂

It also gave me a laugh, I was shaking my arms and legs and had to get up mid shake to check the video and make sure you were doing the same thing, haha!
