FREE CLASS! Yoga for the Feet & Ankles
Our feet and ankles are probably the most used parts of our bodies, yet we almost NEVER pay them any attention. In the spirit of loving our ENTIRE bodies this month, we’re taking today’s class to care for the feet.
It might feel a bit strange at first, but stick with it! You’ll feel amazing by the end of the class, especially if you stand a lot during the day. And this will feel particularly life-saving for women who wear heels 😉
