FREE CLASS! Yoga for the Feet & Ankles

Our feet and ankles are probably the most used parts of our bodies, yet we almost NEVER pay them any attention. In the spirit of loving our ENTIRE bodies this month, we’re taking today’s class to care for the feet.

It might feel a bit strange at first, but stick with it! You’ll feel amazing by the end of the class, especially if you stand a lot during the day. And this will feel particularly life-saving for women who wear heels 😉

    Loved this! This will be great to do after a run! I always forget to stretch my feet and ankles afterward.

    I just got back from vacation, and this class was exactly what I needed after a few days traipsing around Quebec City (in Toms no less! Not much arch support there…). Thanks for all you do!

    Loved this class! I just recently decided to start paying more attention to my feet, so the timing couldn’t be better. Last week was fantastic too. Loving the August so far! And I can’t wait to start the Perfect Body. Thank you for all the yoga joy, Erin.

    Just want to send you a big THANK YOU for this class! It came at just the right time for me. I sprained my ankle at the end of June, and only in the last week has it healed about 95%. This class was perfect for me and my ankle feels absolutely wonderful. Have a wonderful vacation!

    For someone who has suffered with bunions – ugh- this class helps me so much!
    I also have had a big toe joint replacement due to a serious arthritic condition, which does allow me to maintain the much needed rocking motion. I had the option of fusion but that choice would have taken away my ability to “rock.”
    Thank you, Erin for this foot & ankle class- I do it almost daily and it helps so much with lessening the stiffness in my toes!
