FREE CLASS! Yoga for Heightened Senses
If you’re up for anything, this class is for you. We’re doing something TOTALLY different for today’s flow, so get ready! It’s super important to truly FEEL our bodies as we practice, but that element is easy to forget when we’re worried about what we look like, if this is right, or if your leg should be a little more bent, for example.
This isn’t a class directly from the Perfect Body Yoga Program, but the intention is very inspired by PBYP: focus on what your body feels like, be grateful for what your body can do in this moment, and allow the journey to unfold however it needs to. No judgment 🙂
