Free Class! Yoga for First Thing in The Morning

I finally made this class! Everytime I ask you guys what classes you’d like to see in the Bad Yogi calendar, a class for first thing in the morning is one of the most popular requests.

I’m not sure why it took me so long either, because morning yoga is hands-down one of my favorite things ever, especially classes that ease you into your day.

So happy to bring you today’s class! I hope you enjoy it as much as I do πŸ™‚

    You totally read my mind! I’ve been trying to motivate myself to get up early to just do a quick flow before heading to work and I so haven’t been able to do it. This flow is the perfect thing to kick my butt in gear!

    So happy to hear that the 30-day challenge is back, I was just recently looking for it again on YouTube! Looking forward to 1st Oct – although in reality I think it will be my 2nd Oct down here in Australia! πŸ™‚

    I have a confession…I did this class in the afternoon! πŸ™‚ Lovely session, was really nice to wind down and stretch out after a run. Will definitely repeat it in the morning!
