
Free Class! Yoga for First Thing in The Morning
I finally made this class! Everytime I ask you guys what classes you’d like to see in the Bad Yogi calendar, a class for first thing in the morning is one of the most popular requests.
I’m not sure why it took me so long either, because morning yoga is hands-down one of my favorite things ever, especially classes that ease you into your day.
So happy to bring you today’s class! I hope you enjoy it as much as I do π

September 19, 2016 at 7:35 pmYou totally read my mind! I’ve been trying to motivate myself to get up early to just do a quick flow before heading to work and I so haven’t been able to do it. This flow is the perfect thing to kick my butt in gear!
