
10-Min Wonder Woman Yoga Workout (Free Class!)
This Wonder Woman Yoga Workout is exactly what we all need for a Monday.
I am so obsessed with this class! I wanted to create a class that was inspired by Wonder Woman without being cheesy, and this is the perfect sequence.
It’s empowering, strong, unique, and something anyone can do. You’ll walk away feeling like a proud warrior badass– and what more do you need on a Monday anyway? π

It’s very difficult to see what you’re doing in time to do it to keep up with you. End the camouflage. Please.
