10-Min Wonder Woman Yoga Workout (Free Class!)

This Wonder Woman Yoga Workout is exactly what we all need for a Monday.

I am so obsessed with this class! I wanted to create a class that was inspired by Wonder Woman without being cheesy, and this is the perfect sequence.

It’s empowering, strong, unique, and something anyone can do. You’ll walk away feeling like a proud warrior badass– and what more do you need on a Monday anyway? πŸ˜‰

    I loved it, but it’s too short πŸ˜‰ I would be so chuffed to see longer classes (longer than the ones in PBYP, in the 45-75 minute range) from you and would be more than willing to pay for those.

    I love Wonder Woman, I have since I was tiny. My daughter’s nursery is a Wonder Woman theme. I love the movie. This class was so much fun and you had me at Wonder Woman inspired. I would love more like this.

    I loved this class. I will definitely do this class on a regular basis. I loved the easy relaxing flow even though I felt powerful and empowered when the class finished.

    This was the first time I’ve come across your work and I really liked the class. One tiny suggestion. I’m watching on my tiny phone. Your pants match the couch behind you. It’s very difficult to see what you’re doing in time to do it to keep up with you. End the camouflage. Please.
