When I was in college, I had the worst road rage of any female I’ve ever met. I don’t know WHY I was so easily infuriated by people acting like idiots on the road, but I was!
It was so embarrassing. Now I can sit in traffic for endless amounts of time, every person on the road can cut me off, AND I can get a ticket for a broken tail light and be totally fine. Annoyed at worst.
I just shifted my perspective away from seeing these things as really big deals, to tiny things that really do not matter at ALL in the grand scheme of things.
This is a great meditation to change your perspective when you’re in a rush or when you know your travel plans might stress you. You can do it at the beginning of the day, end of day, or right before you leave work to head home 😉
