You know I wouldn’t be able to resist a corny joke, but I think I’m in good company here πŸ˜‰

ANYWAY, This is one of my favorite kinds of meditation. It’s so important to give yourself time to reset, rejuvenate, and get a fresh start so that you can conquer your day with energy. This month is about re-setting our bodies, our minds, our lives off the mat, and re-prioritizing self care. You’ll definitely want to save this one to revisit again and again.

    Awesome! I am thriving on these meditation classes right now, Erin! at 34 weeks pregnant my movement is fairly restricted so meditation, stretching, and walks are really all I have for now. I appreciate these and YOU! πŸ™‚

    Wonderful. I have been working on a daily meditation and breathing techniques to reduce stress for a while now. Problem is, by the time I’m stressed, it’s too late to use my breath to get out of it. πŸ˜‰

    But, have something like this, something guided, to come back to, is great. And the length is just right. Thanks!

    OMG thank you so much for this class!! Have been carrying around a lot of frustration and anger about a test I had in class and this totally took all that away and helped me refocus!!!

    That was great, Erin, thank you! I was feeling super scattered this evening – couldn’t even manage to read a good novel! Within seconds of sitting down for this meditation, my mind leapt to one of the major stressors in my life right now, and it was pretty clear that’s what was keeping me antsy. I focussed on letting go of that tension (for me, it’s always in the stomach!) and by the end I was feeling a lot less kerfluffled.

    You rock!

    This meditation is exactly what I need when I’m feeling frustrated and taking in too much negative energy! It is definitely one I will continue to return to again and again! I feel so much more relaxed now, so thank you!
