You know I wouldn’t be able to resist a corny joke, but I think I’m in good company here 😉

ANYWAY, This is one of my favorite kinds of meditation. It’s so important to give yourself time to reset, rejuvenate, and get a fresh start so that you can conquer your day with energy. This month is about re-setting our bodies, our minds, our lives off the mat, and re-prioritizing self care. You’ll definitely want to save this one to revisit again and again.
