Hey everyone!

How are you? Has your week been fun and productive?!

I’ve got a very timely class for you today which is inspired by a new semi-hobby of mine… I started running recently, mainly because I got hooked on Orange Theory. This is highly unusual for me because I’m a staunch believer in the fact that running is never necessary unless someone is chasing me 😉 But let me tell you– I totally feel for all you runners now! I feel really good after a run but I absolutely NEED to stretch out my legs and hips, otherwise I wake up feeling like the Tin Man the next day.

I’ll probably do a few like this, but for the first installment, this is a quick flow with tips to help you stretch out after a nice run.

And hey, even if you’re not a runner at all, this is still a class that will feel amazing after a long day at the office or a sedentary afternoon parked on the sofa 😉
