A little is better than nothing! Maybe you’re recovering from a busy holiday weekend, you’re short on time, or you just feel a little low energy. Instead of skipping your class altogether, squeeze in a little something that’ll make you grateful for sticking with it.
Anytime I do just a little yoga, I’m always better off than if I did nothing at all. Even when we think, “oh, 10 minutes won’t make a difference anyway,” we’re WRONG.
It DOES make a difference and you owe it to yourself to carve out this time.
