    That was lovely, thank you Erin! Got my heart rate going. And I need to do that first heart opener more often – I was really feeling it that I’ve spent the past week hunched over my desk.

    Loved the Valentines Flow!
    I have a question – whenever I do anything that involves my head going back, like the start of this flow with the blocks or fish pose, camel etc…I get a bit nauseas. Any thoughts on this?
