This quarantine is crazy! Most of Europe is on some kind of lockdown and almost everyone I know in the US is being advised to keep mostly to themselves for the next three weeks. Gyms and yoga studios are closed which means we’re all left to our own devices at home. Not a problem, but if you’re not sure what to do, it’s a challenge!
