Q&A Wednesday

Are you defending your laziness? (Q&A)

Chances are strong that you’ve defended your laziness before. Our egos LIKE to be lazy. They LIKE not having to go outside of their comfort zones and of course, they enjoy avoiding anything they don’t feel like doing.

It all makes perfect sense, but if progress is something that interests you, you need to make sure you’re not defending your laziness.

I’m a former expert Laziness Defender, so I can tell you this habit will never serve you.

Today’s question is how to recognize when you do it and how to avoid it in the future.

Enjoy!

Over to you! When do you typically defend your laziness? How do you keep yourself in check?

    Ouch! This one hurt ?
It’s exactly what you needed to hear though. I didn’t ask the question, but it was totally an answer I needed. I’m going to bookmark this q&a so I can come back to it when I’m being lazy.

I sincerely admire your honestly and bluntness, all without being rude. It’s true, sticking to your goals require self-discipline and hard work. It also requires self-love and respect for oneself, which I have been gaining through a daily yoga practice. It’s such a humbling experience. Thank you for this video, and all of your free videos. You are changing lives, mine included. Don’t think for a second that you’re not! ?

Thank you for the video. That was some good tough love! I have a tendency, not to necessarily shop around, but to only listen to advice that I like. I think it’s because I’m afraid that if I act on challenging advice and challenge myself, that I’ll fail. Good thing to know about myself going into 2017!

Such a good one to hear! I said to myself over the last couples of week, that I want to do more Yoga, but never really sticked to it, just because I didn’t overcome my laziness 😉
And your skin looks fabulous in this video – love your glow! 🙂

Thank you for this. Unfortunately I am extremely guilty of being lazy. I just love to relax on the couch and binge watch a show, once it’s over I just start another one and repeat the same cycle. Now don’t get my wrong my house is not a disaster and the dishes aren’t a mile high but I don’t do things regularly that I want to do because I would much rather be lazy. I started the 10 day I am yoga challenge for 2017 and I have been consistent with doing it every day! I am loving it and I am trying to make a plan of what I can do daily to be more productive. So thanks for the nip in the butt to get going.
