A pre-meal ritual is so important for optimal digestion. How often are we accidentally eating in that fight or flight state? We sit down for a meal super stressed or frazzled from the day’s events, and we wonder why we have trouble digesting or have other annoying symptoms.
For Day 6, I’m here for you with this is an incredibly easy pre-meal ritual to implement for optimal digestion.

this week I have made a very conscious effort to add veggies to my diet. (I hate them! but I am making myself try different things and different recipes!)
I also bought kombucha yesterday!! thank you for suggesting that vs what apparently are not needed/effective probiotics! this made so much sense to me and I actually loved it!
I also added benefiber to my coffee this morning. so….I am very excited to see how these small changes help keep me healthier!! thank you for doing this series!
