
Day 28 of the Yoga Challenge: Learn Dancer Pose
Hey everyone, and welcome to Day 28 of the Yoga Challenge! We’re learning one of the most graceful of all yoga poses today: Dancer Pose! I love this one and you guys ask about it a lot. It’s tricky to find the right balance, but once you do, you’ll want to come back to this one again and again.
With the right balance of strength and ease, you’ll be able to glide through this effortlessly 🙂

Today I was home pretty late and felt I really wanted to do day 28 before going to bed. First time use of my new yoga strap (present today from my daughter Kimberley). Together with the recently bought yoga block I feel much more balanced and able to keep up with the lessons quite well. Actually, this time I almost don’t miss my missing left hand anymore. I feel stronger, more balanced, blessed and happier! I have to confess that I plan on doing the challenge all over again next month 🙂 <3
