Hey Bad Yogis!
I know you’re going to love today’s class. This is something that SO MANY of you are ready for or at least want to try, but aren’t quite sure where to begin, but I’ve got you covered.
I always give you the option to either step up from downdog or walk up, and then to either step back to plank from forward fold or jump back to chatturanga. Today, I’m deconstructing what this all means exactly, and how to make it as fluid and safe as possible. So take a deep breath, throw fear out the window, and let’s go! 🙂
