Bad Yogi #TBT Week 7: Easy Abs for Lazy People!

Happy Thursday, friends!

When I came up with this class, I thought, “there’s literally no other ab work I want to do than the kind that’s for lazy people!” lol! Doing ab work, even in yoga, is my lest favorite thing, but it’s so important to keep our bodies balanced and our posture intact, so you definitely shouldn’t neglect it no matter how much you dread it!

Good thing this class makes it a bit easier for us because you get to lie down the entire time. Sure, we’re still doing some tough stuff, but I think mentally it makes it easier because we’re not doing any vigorous flowing.

Are you ready?! Here we go!

    I love yoga for the abs! I hadn’t done this class since it first came out, it was so much easier to keep my lower back on the mat this time around! It’s great to have something that shows that my abs have gotten stronger.
