Bad Yogi #TBT Week 21: Full Body Flexibility Flow
Sometimes people ask me what my favorite yoga sequence is, or what my favorite poses or routine is. The truth is that while I wish I could honestly say that it was anything with a handstand in it, my favorite thing is ALWAYS a sequence that covers everything from head to toe. If it feels stretchy and restorative, it’s even better.
So I’m really looking forward to doing today’s throwback with you, because it’s all the things I love most about my yoga practice.
