Leylah is a certified yoga and EFL Teacher who is passionate about yoga, languages and culture. She is also a Youth Intercultural Trainer and a former Primary teacher. She teaches yoga in English and Spanish to adults and has also taught yoga to children and chair yoga. Since May 2017, when she was diagnosed with bronchiectasis, a lung condition predisposing her to chest infections, she has had to adapt her life and yoga practice to fit in with what her body is able to do. During the hardest times, yoga helped her sit with the fear and pain. Living with a chronic illness can be a challenge but she is determined to see it as a gift. By sharing her story, she hopes to help others and spread the healing power of yoga. Her aim is to make yoga accessible to the whole community.
