    I totally agree with the Heads Down Approach to tackling any task, except for the part about not allowing yourself to take any bathroom breaks. At 53 I have to obey the urge to pee, or I would have an even bigger mess to clean up.

    Loved this one! I know this is a yoga-based blog, but would you be willing to do a video or blog post about what you do for strength training? I have recently begun implementing strength into my routine alongside yoga, and I am curious if I am doing enough or the right things.
