Welcome to Day 7!!
We’re almost there, and I’m torn… I’m excited that we DID IT, but also kind of bummed that it’s wrapping up! I think we’ll have to do this again sometime in the near future 😉
But(t), for now, let’s focus on what’s right before us, shall we? Today’s class is yet another one that SO many of you have asked for… Yoga for a Better Butt!
Now– before we go any further, let me remind you all of one thing: the butt you have right now in this very moment, is absolutely freaking fantastic exactly the way it is. I just think a lot of us would love a little more shape and lift to enhance what we’ve already got, you know? 😉
I used to teach Barre Pilates which was a cross between pilates and ballet, and was super booty-centric, and I’d never had such awesome definition! I mean, aside from straight up weighted squats, this is the best thing I ever did. So, here’s my go-to routine when I’m short on time and still want a good burn!
