This is one yoga class that you guys request ALL the time, so I’m really excited to finally put this one out there!

It’s another tough one, but as usual, you’ll have plenty of options to take it easy if you need to. This is a great class for those of you who are looking to get some definition in your shoulders and biceps, and DEFINITELY great if you’re working on getting stronger for inversions and arm balances (we don’t do any today, but you’ll feel different if you attempt any on your own after this class!).
