Welcome to Day 5 of the challenge, everyone!
How’s it going so far? Can you believe that we’re so close to the end? I’m already sad, hahaha!
ANYWAY, here we are at Day 5 and let’s revel in today without getting caught up in the future, right? 😉 Today is all about backbends and YES, I’ll totally walk you through Full Wheel Pose towards the end! Here’s one thing to remember though: I might give you the option to go in to Full Wheel, but it is exactly that– an option. If you’re not feelin’ it today, just wait until next time.
