7-Day Bad Yogi Yoga Challenge, Day 3: Flow to Side Crow!
Welcome to Day 3 of the Bad Yogi Yoga Challenge!
I feel like it’s cruel to REALLY push your limits for two days in a row, but I’m a glutton for punishment 😉
Before you run screaming in the other direction, hear me out: I’m not going to pretend that this pose is a walk in the park. It CAN be difficult, no doubt. But here’s the thing… you have no idea what you’re actually capable of until you give it a shot. So before you write it off and write this off as a failure before you even begin, STOP! Go through the class, and if Side Crow doesn’t happen today, give yourself a high-five for trying and count that as a win!
We’ll take it slow with a few poses to warm up a bit, and then we’ll dive right in to Side Crow! Well, we won’t exactly “dive” but you know what I mean 😉
