September 14, 2016 at 12:13 pmThanks for doing this! I missed the sign-up for the last 30 Day Yoga Challenge but I have been following along by doing a lot of the videos on Youtube anyway, especially the ones that give attention to the hip area because I run and walk a lot. As a result, I’ve become kind of a gumby in my outer hip area and can pretty easily get into a lot of the poses, but my inner thighs and groin region need some love and are prone to being tight. I was wondering if you could address this issue – I can’t be the only one who is not as flexible in that area as she wishes she was.

September 14, 2016 at 12:18 pmThank you Erin! The first 30 day yoga challenge is what hooked me on to yoga! Currently doing your PBYB program and loving it, but on days that we are traveling, the shorter classes are awesome!

September 14, 2016 at 12:19 pmI am SOOOOO EXCITED this is coming back!! This challenge is how I started my yoga journey and I still loved the videos for a quick stretch even a few years on. Plus I’m now a teacher as well, and I would always tell my students who wanted to do yoga at home to look this challenge up 🙂

September 14, 2016 at 3:43 pmThis is what introduced me to you and bad yogi and ruined me for other yoga videos, I just don’t enjoy them as much! I fell off the yoga bandwagon when I got pregnant and now that baby boy is 8 months I really need to get back to it! Hopefully this will be just what I need 🙂

September 14, 2016 at 7:21 pmI too started with your 30-day challenge and enjoyed it a lot. In the meantime I’ve been doing Jessica roses 30 day challenge and I find that lots of fun too. I’m glad I can go back to yours and kind of alternate and see how far I’ve come in the meantime. I even sometimes do two or three segments in sequence when I feel like I would like to do more yoga than just a single 20 minute session. I hope both 30 day challenges will continue to be accessible.

September 17, 2016 at 9:39 amI can’t wait for the yoga challenge to start. I tried a yoga class at our local gym and it frankly was so terrible that I “hated” yoga. I decided that yoga was definitely not for me.
My friend mentioned that she was doing a yoga challenge on YouTube and that she really enjoyed it. I smirked and said that I was not doing yoga because it was so incredibly boring and such. She said that this challenge was actually NOT boring and that she liked it. I figured that if she could do it, so could I. After the first day of the challenge, I had a complete change of heart. I actually enjoy getting time to do the yoga.
I have a long way to go, but I am excited. Thanks for making this practice an enjoyable experience.

September 17, 2016 at 10:33 amQuand est-ce que tu vas faire une classe en français ? 🙂 So that we can hear alll of your effort and i’m sur your really cute english accent. I am not from France mais plutôt de Montréal, Canada, (maybe that explain les phrases bilingues :)) et j’aimerais peut-être faire un peu ce que tu fais mais en francais pour les gens du Québec et de toute la francophonie. You reallly inspired me and the 30 yoga challenge is also why I can call myself a yogi now so Thansks!

September 19, 2016 at 8:54 amI used to go to a yoga class. I loved how my body felt but my instructor wasn’t a warm or happy fuzzy. Due to a new job I needed to stop going for awhile and I am afraid to go back because she will shame me. Erin, you have been there for me…and I love what you do and how you are doing it. Looking forward to the challenge…peace out.

September 19, 2016 at 9:25 amI love the 30 day yoga challenge. It’s the perfect pick me up to start the morning. Thank you for bringing it back.

September 19, 2016 at 7:16 pmI’m so excited that the 30 day yoga challenge is coming back. I pulled a muscle in my upper back while training for a half marathon and it put me out of running. My friend suggested the challenge to me and it not only got me hooked on yoga which I now do every day but I credit Erin Motz to helping me stretch in such a way that I was able to get back on my feet moving again much faster than I would have otherwise. Can’t wait! And now I will have a brand new set of yoga exercises to use! Thank you!!!

September 24, 2016 at 11:19 amHi Erin,
I’m a recent cancer survivor.
The treatment plan saved my life but one of the long term side effects of chronic pain of joints muscles & bones can be debilitating.
Traditional physical therapy only made me cry & I say & felt no improvement after months.
I found your restorative yoga day 22.on YouTube
It has helped me tremendously.
I practiced it, as a goal, most days of the week on the bed
As I progressed, your flow & pace were perfect me .
I strongly recommended it to many others.
I searched for over a week before finally finding this.
I’m so sorry you it is no longer available & I regret never writing down the routine.
I am grateful for the opportunities I had to practice it although I truly miss, want & need it now
Thank you & the best to you always,
Cathy Baker

September 28, 2016 at 10:35 amHi Erin, I had to have stomach surgery to form a stoma about 5 weeks ago. I want to get back to yoga but I’m a bit nervous about pulling something or herniation. How challenging are the classes? Do you have ‘easy’ options shown too?
Thanks

October 3, 2016 at 11:14 amYour 30-day yoga challenge is what made me originally start practicing yoga! I can’t wait for this challenge. Now that I’m pregnant (16 weeks!) it’s been difficult to keep up my regular practice with nausea, and once that part passed the new bump in my way has been an adjustment so I’m looking forward to a consistent 30-day home practice with you!
