100 Poses, 100 Days

We’re gonna take a couple minutes every day to perfect our practice. I’ll send you one video pose tutorial every day for 100 days so you can refine and perfect your practice. These pose tutorials will range from the basics we do every day like chaturanga and downdog all the way up to advanced poses like handstand and flying pigeon.

In other words, whether you’re a total beginner or a seasoned yogi, you’ll learn something you can apply to your practice every.single.day.
